Synergy with the glass industries

Since our establishment we have worked in synergy with the glass industries. Thanks to all these years of experience and an always updated and complete fleet of machines, we are able to offer different types of processing in this sector, from the mold for IS, H28, O90 machines, to spare parts for production lines, in particular for hollow glass.

We carry out the maintenance of finishing moulds, finishing moulds, preparatory moulds, sketching moulds, collars and collar rings but also plier inserts and funnels.

We specialize in the maintenance of cast iron finishing molds and where necessary nickel coatings are applied.

We also produce various spare parts for the various parts of the forming systems such as scoops, heads and other parts for blowers, grippers for take out transfers, parts for conveyors etc.

All processes are carried out with the aid of 3D CAD/CAM and a constantly updated fleet of machines.

Blank moulds

We work on mould for regular (replace of vertical and horizontal edge, replace closing planes, replace of final volume) and extraordinary maintenance (make adjustments to vertical and horizontal edge, variation of final mould volume, make adjustments to parison).

Finish moulds

We work on mould for regular (replace of vertical and horizontal edge, replace closing planes, replace of final volume, replace of reliefs and engravings) and extraordinary maintenance (make adjustments to vertical and horizontal edge, variation of final mould volume).

Buffles

We work on mould for regular (replace of edge, replace of final volume) and extraordinary maintenance (make adjustments to edge, variation of final mould volume).
