PRODUCTION OF MOLDS FOR FINISH
NECK RINGS, GUIDE RINGS, PLUNGERS, BLOW HEADS, COOLING TUBES: we produce mold components for hollow glass to made containers, starting from bars or castings in different materials (typically bronze , aluminum bronze, ductile cast iron, lamellar cast iron, nickel, steel), with coating in nickel or tungsten, total or partial.
MOLD MAINTENANCE
BLANK MOLDS, FINISH MOLDS, BUFFLE, NECK RINGS, GUIDE RINGS: we made ordinary and extraordinary maintenance for moulds to support the glass plants in achievement of goals ensuring an adequate quality level of maintenance maximizing the life of the mold components.
PRODUCTION OF SPARE PARTS FOR MOLDS
We build all the spare parts for molds used in the glass plants based on dimensional and material specifications designed by the customers.
